Broccoli mac and cheese.

What you’ll need:

Rotisserie chicken

Box of pasta

Butter

Broccoli

Flour

Milk

Chicken broth

Shredded cheddar

Few easy steps:

Cook 8 ounces of pasta.

Boil broccoli for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

Shred chicken from the rotisserie and set aside.

In a skillet on medium, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add 1/4 cup of flour. Stir til thickened.

Slowly add a cup of whole milk while stirring.

Then add a cup of chicken broth.

Add seasoning of your choice. I used Italian seasoning.

Let it cook until bubbling and thickened.

Pull off burner and add 2 cups of cheddar.

Stir until completely melted.

Combine the pasta, chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce.
