NYC

Bird & Branch in Hells Kitchen.

I lived on 45th and 9th for two years! It was some of the best times of my life. I lived with my friend Lauren and we spent a lot of time checking out the local eateries. 9th ave is full of them. Just found out that a coffee shop opened up directly across the street from our old building.  I had a doctors appt. near Columbus circle yesterday so I decided to walk to my garage and stop there before heading home.

First thing is the outdoor seating. Perfect. A cozy little street nook. I’ve been wanting to get a pumpkin spice latte. They had their own version. It was soooo good. It’s made with espresso, kabocha (a Japanese pumpkin) molasses and spices. I also had a croissant that’s baked in a muffin tin. Perfect combo.

If you’re going to a broadway show and need a caffeine fix stop at Bird & Branch.

Someday I’ll be back for good NYC!!

ANNIE, XOXO
