Pear and Squash toast.

Sometimes I just want to pile a bunch of goodies on toast. I always use oatmeal bread, sprouted grain bread or Ezekiel bread.

Roast butternut squash that was sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg. Once done:

Toast the bread.

Butter it with vanilla ghee.

Top with two scoops of plain vanilla yogurt.

Pile on pear and squash.

Sprinkle on flax seed.

Drizzle almond butter on top.

One last sprinkle of cinnamon.
