
Eating raw almonds has so many health benefits. Problem is they are so blah by themselves. I decided to blend some nuts and dried fruit. These balls will make the perfect snack to pack for work.
What you’ll need:
Dried Pineapple
Dried Mango
Apricots
Almonds
Pecans
Flax seed
Vanilla
Cinnamon
In a food processor mix
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pecans
5 dried apricots
3 dried pineapple
3 slices of dried mango
Tablespoon of flaxseed
Few sprinkles of cinnamon.
BLEND
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Blend
Scoop and roll into balls.
Enjoy!
