Golden Milk.

Golden Milk:

Single serving

1 cup of Almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk

1/4 tsp. of tumeric

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ginger root or powder

2 dashes of pepper

Raw honey to sweeten

Simmer together all the ingredients except the honey. Whisk several times. Add the honey last and stir. Pour and enjoy!

It helps me sleep. So I’ll have a cup before bed. It’s also beneficial for digestive health, boosts immune system, reduces blood pressure and is an anti-inflammatory.
