
What you’ll need:
One pound of Farfalle pasta
Crumbled feta cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Cucumber
Golden raisins
Olive oil
Honey
One lemon
Salt/Pepper
To prepare:
Boil water and cook pasta.
When done run cold water over it and set aside.
Combine pasta, chopped cucumber, raisin, tomato and olives.
Squeeze juice of one lemon, drizzle tablespoon of honey, drizzle olive oil, add pink salt and pepper.
Stir and serve.
This was a great side dish to some chicken we grilled. So refreshing!
