Chia pudding bowl.

Chia pudding is packed with fiber and good fats to keep blood sugar levels stable. This was super easy!!

Overnight:

Mix 3 tbsp of chia seeds

1 can of full fat coconut milk

Dash of cinnamon & vanilla.

Morning:

Chia pudding in a bowl

Top with fruit

Granola

Cocoa nibs
