Baked BBQ chicken and veggies.

When you don’t have a lot of time this is for you!
Shopping List:
2 Large Chicken Breasts
1 Jar BBQ sauce
1 Head of Broccoli
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Yellow Onion
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Spices
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 400°.
-Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
-Peel & chop the sweet potatoes and onion. Place them on the lined sheet pan. Drizzle them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and creole seasoning. Use any seasoning you’d like.
-Bake them for 20 minutes.
-Once done, toss the sweet potatoe and onion. Push to one side.
-Add the broccoli and drizzle with Olive oil.
-Add the chicken breasts slathered in BBQ sauce.
-Bake an additional 15-20 until the chicken is done.
-When done, shred the chicken breasts using two forks. Toss the chicken with the remaining BBQ sauce. Serve!
