Baked avocado fries.

So simple yet such a pain in the ass!

Shopping list:

3 Avocados

2 cups of panko breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup flour

Salt

pepper

chili powder

-Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

-Slice the Avocado in the shape of fries.

–Squeeze some lime juice over them.

-Dip into the flour, egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.

-Once they are on the sheet pan drizzle avocado oil over top.

-Bake for 15 minutes.

Chipotle dipping sauce:

Mayo

Lime juice

Chili powder

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

Enjoy as a snack or appetizer for a gathering!
