Kiwi Blueberry yogurt muffins.

Hello all!!! I’m so excited to be working with Alove aloe vera yogurt. It’s Japanese style yogurt. It’s smoother and creamier than other yogurts. Also non-GMO, kosher and gluten-free. They sent me a bunch of flavors to try. As I was eating it I realized it might work perfectly with muffins. Well it sure did. Here’s how I made them.

Preheat oven to 350.

In one bowl mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and one cup of blueberries. I used frozen blueberries because regular blueberries taste terrible in the winter.

In second bowl mix 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons of melted butter and 2 containers of Alove aloe vera yogurt.

(I used kiwi. They come in 6 different flavors)

Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir slowly. The frozen blueberries bleed.

Grease your muffin pan. Fill each cup to the top.

Bake for 30 minutes. Spin the pan around halfway through.

They were so moist and delicious!! The aloe vera pieces tasted even better warm! Enjoy!!
