Blueberry pie.

4 cups of fresh blueberries. Frozen are fine.

2 pie crusts (I bought two ready to go frozen ones)

3/4 cup of sugar

3 tablespoons of cornstarch. You can also use flour or tapioca flour.

1\4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Set oven to 400.

Mix together sugar, cornstarch salt and cinnamon.

Pour lemon juice over the blueberries.

Combine mix and blueberries.

Pour into pie shell.

Brush top of the pastry with egg wash.

bake for 50 minutes.
