Blueberry Jam.

Super easy to make blueberry jam! I decided to make a pint. Perfect to fit into a 500ml mason jar.

In a sauce pan add:

2 cups of fresh blueberries

1/4 cup of honey

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Tiny pinch of nutmeg

Bring to a boil.

Then simmer for 45 minutes.

Pour into a mason jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight!

Came out perfect! And no added sugar. Get jamming!!
